Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a great weekend.
I just have a couple quick things to share. First, if you read my latest post 12 Secrets Behind 12 Years of Wedded Bliss and you thought I was being serious I really owe you an apology. I’m sure anyone that knows me really well got a good laugh from that post because I was being 100% sarcastic. It is literally against my genetic code to behave in such a historical fashion. The first time I will practice only speaking to my husband after being spoken to will probably be when I’m dead. I am openly admitting here that I’m a big mouth who speaks her mind. Don’t feel sorry for my husband though because he knew this when he married me! I’m pretty sure he secretly loves this quality about me SO much that he steals my snazzy comebacks and uses them on the guys at work!
Speaking of my husband. Last week he was the star of a stupidity gone wrong stunt. He decided to take our son’s hair situation into his own hands and jacked it all up! The kid nearly had a stroke which prompted mommy to nearly have a stroke. Mommy swooped in and saved the day and now it’s all good. Regardless, it was still stupid. As a married woman it really pains me to say this but, something good actually came out of my husband’s missing common sense chip.
I got an email and then a package in the mail from GREAT CLIPS! Obviously, they feel my pain that comes with every day life in this dysfunctional mess and they hooked a girl up!!

So, after I received this very thoughtful donation from Great Clips I decided to add a little gasoline to the old think tank. I think I should really start sharing more of my family’s fails to test if anyone else can be as generous as Great Clips!
Just this last week I dropped my IPhone and the screen cracked. Then, I dropped it AGAIN and now there’s a corner that is shattered. I’ve been walking around all week with phone particles stuck to my cheek because the price to replace the screen is RIDONKULOUS! It is virtually impossible for a family to afford the GFCFSF diet AND replace broken Apple parts!
SO, how about it Apple? How about you hook a clumsy girl up?!
If your going to do a good deed you might as well make it something to talk about!
Thing 3 could really benefit from an IPad so, if you can sneak one of those in the generosity box you would really have a new friend for life!
